What Do You Use To Clean Your Embroidery Hoop From Being Sticky?
I don’t think my embroidery hoop has ever gotten sticky… What kind of project are you doing?
I would say (if it’s a plastic hoop) warm soapy water if it’s not a glue like substance. Goo Gone works good for glue. Make sure to wash it good after if you use the goo gone so you don’t stain your next project.
For wood… maybe go over it lightly with a fine grit sandpaper.

I bought some hankies in Mexico at Chichen Itza. They were only a dollar each, but they have the prettiest embroidery. Some of them fell on the ground and got muddy. How can I safely clean them without damaging the embroidery? I believe all the materials are cotton.
